Receiving a Refund

Where and if applicable or arranged with our Consumer Service team, credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply.

Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry reserves the right to conduct its own inspection of the returned item(s). If it is found to be defective or damaged due to misuse, accident caused by the customer, or incurred due to ordinary wear and tear, Cebuana Lhuillier jewelry has the right to refuse its replacement or refund, as the case may be.

Item Returns

Products bought on the website are accepted for returns.

All merchandise must be in the same saleable condition, with the sales receipt. It is recommended that you take a uncut video when you open the delivered items. Approval for returns will be subject to the following requirements:

  • Upon discovery of the defective / faulty character and/or error with the purchased item(s), you are to notify and coordinate with our CLJ Online Support through email: support.cljewelry@pjlhuillier.com and include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Contact Number
    • Order ID
    • Reason for Return Request
    • Location / Branch Purchases
    • Photo of Item(s)
